from beginning to end.
The process begins with filling out the application . When I first started originating loans my mentor told me for every extra half hour spent with the applicant, filling out the application, a full week will be saved in getting your mortgage approved. This is why I personally sit down with every client to fill out the application . Once the papers are completely filled out the work begins. Disclosures are prepared including the Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending and Loan Disclosure. Appraisal and credit reports are ordered, verifications for employment, loans, mortgages and bank accounts are sent out. |
