Do Not Be Afraid To Ask Questions!

It is important to be prepared for your application interview. Try to anticipate everything you will need and have all the necessary information readily available including the following:

• Contract of sale
• Three months bank statements ( checking, savings, investments and retirement accounts )
• Two recent paystubs
• Two years W-2's & 1040's ( Federal Tax returns )
• Information regarding debts ( credit cards loans ect. )
• Proof your current mortgage or rent is paid on time
• Check for application fees
